Stayed in with family. Greatest thing about it was the food. Service was also nice. Staff was friendly too.
Very clean, friendly atmosphere, fantastic view from rooms
a very poor experience. we stayed in this hotel prior to embarking on Celebrity Constellation earlier this month. we queued in line for over an hour and a half to book in. the layout is very poorly signed and complicated and the staff were poorly briefed. the lower corridors stank of sewage. we gave up waiting for attention in the restaurant after about 20 minutes, other guests were served after about an hour and then found out the high cost of an "a la carte" buffet where each item was served and billed separately.(we went to an adequate local restaurant about 100 metres down the road.) the hotel indoor pool is very nice.
