Worse and not experienced staff to handle customers. I called them last week to make an appointment for a Couple's Massage that was part of my 22nd wedding anniversary on 7/21 at 3PM. When we arrived and informed the receptionist we had an appointment, she gave us a form to fill out and we were called to the massage room. Once we ready for our massage on the beds, she came to tell us if we could come later at 4PM because another couple was booked and they were really angry. On top of it she tried to speak in Spanish, but the initial conversion with her and the maseurs had been in English. Now, what what she thinking? that we were going to be happy after we had to put on our clothes and walk away? Did I care about the other couple being angry? Or was she thinking that because of our race it was easier to send us out? Racism at this place because of our Hispanic's look?
