Rodney is definitely the best you could get! For a long time, I had been using box color from the drugstore. I walked in with my hair looking more yellow than blond, and extremely damaged. Rodney and his assistant Micheal evaluated my hair, and determined what I needed to achieve the look I desired. They spent over 5 hours repairing and coloring! They completely brought my hair back to life, and it was even better than what I imagined. On top of that, they are kind, compassionate, and down to earth.

If you are looking for a colorist in Scottsdale, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I found this salon in a magazine and wish I had never gone there. I called and made an appointment which seemed seamless. Not coming from Arizona I had nobody to ask and nothing to go off of except a magazine ad. When I arrived at the salon I was made to wait over 20 minutes. At the chair I presented a photograph of what I wanted my hair to look like to Rodney. The entire time he talked over me and even got into a brief argument with one of his employees!! How unprofessional!! After repeating myself some three times he then told me that if I wanted the hairstyle in the picture I needed to take off 20 lbs! Who says that to anybody?? While coloring my hair he talked negatively about other clients and complained about their demands. This guy is unbelievably unprofessional!! I would never return and never recommend him to my worse enemy. I felt like I was dealing with a highly et other people. If he is taking about them to me he is most certainly talking about me to other peomotional person who could explode at any time. It was really uncomfortable listening to him talk abouple. He is all over the place and extremely unconcerned with what brought you to the salon...your hair!! Do yourself a favor....go elsewhere. Jennifer Smith
