I recently relocated from the LA area and was thinking I was going to have to commute to have my hair done since I have been going to the same stylist for over 7 years. I am SO THANKFUL one of my girlfriends told me about Deena @ Studio Savvy! Deena is a master of BOTH color AND cut! which is a rare combo, usually the specialty if one or the other, but Deena is Fabulous at both, and being a blonde this is very important! All the ladies at Studio Savvy are so wonderful and helpful...I love my new girls @ SS!!

Referred for gels and a manicure, my manicurist Rose was on the phone to her friends or talking with everyone around her about her personal life. She was so busy talking about some guy that she didn't seem to know I was in her chair. I don't treat myself often to a mani/pedi so I was really disappointed and felt like I was interfering in Ms. Rose's social hour. I was hoping to have some relaxation and be pampered. I felt like Rose was doing me a favor by taking up her valuable time and paying her for a "nothing special" mani/pedi. I don't like to complain but because this was so expensive and I made special arrangements, I am very unsatisfied and let down. :( I'd like to go back because the salon is so close to my house but I really will have to request a different manicurist that Rose.
