I have been going here for a month, and I LOVE it. The staff are incredibly motivating and helpful, and the workouts are designed to support my personal goals. Working out on the Power Plates and Vibe machine is not only fun, but I am getting great results with losing weight and gaining strength. A friend turned me on to it, and it is one of the best "gifts" I have ever been given. Check it out!
