The Natural Place

I loved this place. I found a deal on groupon and went back for more after I was done. The ladies here are willing to help you anyway they can. I love that they won't put you through anything your body can't stand. I would much rather be told before hand that they can't do a certain treatment on me because it's going to hurt me then be put through something that may cause permanent damage. I definitely recommend this place and will go back for more services
Found a groupon for The Natural Place. They had 2 offers 1 for 1 treatment and another for 3 treatments, I wasn't sure how many treatments I would need for a few age spots on my face, so I called to see which package they would recommend. When I called I told them that I saw their offer on groupon and wanted to get their recommendation. The gal said that I would need at least 3, but they would go over that during my consultation. I told her that I have had Fraxel laser treatments before and wanted to know if this treatment was about the same as far as pain goes. She said she had no idea what Fraxel laser was, weird since they are in the skin therapy business, it's not like I was speaking to the mail man for god sakes. Then she said that I should just pay them directly for the services that way they don't have to pay groupon their split, hmmm...SLEEZY. I'm thinking if you don't want to pay groupon, don't advertise through them. I didn't book an appointment, I want to deal with a company that has ethics. Look for another company, these people have bad karma!
My first Groupon fail. I purchased a Groupon for a photofacial at the Natural Place for $112 (advertised as a $325 value). My first clue all was not as it should be was when I booked the appointment, and was told they do not use numbing cream for their photofacials. I have had numerous photofacials over the years, and have always been asked to use numbing cream prior to the appointment. I arrived early at the appointment, and was led back for a consultation with Bridget, where I was told they do not do photofacials for hyper pigmentation, and they would recommend a peel instead ($125 value). I explained I have had multiple photofacials, typically at one of two cosmetic surgeons in the Denver Area (BOTH surgeons have made the 5280's list of Top Doc's in the last five years) with fantastic results. We discussed this further, after which I politely declined her services, and called Groupon for a refund. It's obvious to me there was never an intention to offer Groupon customers a photofacial, only to get customers in the door to offer a standard peel that I can get at any spa for $100. Lesson learned-next time I'll skip the bargain shopping and stick with a reputable cosmetic surgeon for my laser skin treatments.
