My husband and I did a couples massage here. It was so wonderful I bought a membership for my husband for Christmas. It's by far our favorite massage salon!!

I went for the first time and was extremely impressed with the clean, calming environment and all-around exceptional customer service. This was seriously one of the best waxes I've had in a while. As far as the reports I've read about people's gripes with membership packages, at my visit, I was never talked to about these packages. When I read that some clients felt pressured to join, I had to chuckle. Are we not all adults and is this not a free country? Just say "no" people. Furthermore, as adults, we should responsibily read contracts we are signing that involve automatic debits from our bank accounts. Blaming Spavia seems like a cop out to me.

The massages are great. But you have to remember the legality of setting up a membership with them or you get SCREWED! As the Owner explained, it's like a gym membership, if you don't use it you don't get a refund. I put my account on hold for 3 months and thought I had canceled the account. I noticed in November that I had been billed since March; ouch, approx. $440. I take responsibility for not getting it closed, but I did not receive an email that the account was being taken off hold and they have no interest in returning any of the money; guess they desperately need the money. And I was told that I can close my account online and that isn't possible or they deceptively have hidden it. I have to go to their location and fill out a form, for which I will be billed another month. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! I will make sure I find every online place to repeat these comments (copy / paste away) and let everyone I know about this experience. I never had to do this before and wish I didn't, but they left me with no choice. BUYER BEWARE.

Great place for a relaxing experience! You can easily book your services online or by phone. Very serene atmosphere. Never been disappointed by any of the services i've done - massages,facials,body wraps & lash/brow tinting. once you change into your robe & sandals - they get you started with a heated neck wrap. earlier this year i joined their membership program - best investment ever! quality ME time. check them out - you wont be disappointed

Describe your experience at spavia Day Spa.You will feel like a queen for the day,I have used this Spa in the Orchard since it has opened and am very impressed. I have used different people each time for facials and massages and they all have been wonderful. I have loved that it is always clean,relaxing and beyond my expectaions each time I go. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed!!
