Life Essentials Day Spa
Reviews
Very beautiful, relaxing atmosphere with friendly, professional masseuses that work with you as they work on you. Showers and refreshments were available. A little pricey, but worth the experience!
We stayed at the lodge in Steam Boat Springs and spent a nice afternoon at the Life Essentials Day Spa. It was very relaxing, I had a green tea rice rub, manicure, as well as a full body massage. Heaven. My husband loved it too, his first time at a spa :) The atmosphere was calm and serene, highly recommended for spa service.
I came here with friends that are pretty extreme, and I couldn't keep up so I decided to take a spa day. Some people on the mountain told me to go downtown to Life Essentials cause they had been there. This was probably one of the top 3 massages I've had. They've got some really cool oils, and everybody was super friendly. We actually went to dinner at the restaurant next door a couple days later, Bistro CV, and it was great too. Downtown at Lincoln and 4th, kind of by the bank Well Fargo, but across the street.
I'm not easily impressed, but this spa won several first place awards in their newspaper survey, so I had to try it. Came in for a 90-minute deep tissue massage and walked out a new woman. Really friendly, great massage therapist (Kealani) and cool downtown location on 4th and Lincoln. Next time I come to Steamboat, I'll be back.
Cool downtown location and exceptional service. The spa is located just down the street from Bistro CV on 4th and Lincoln. They actually have this custom scent collection of massage oils called Zenyama. Todd gave me an exceptional massage. It's a great spa.
