Staff was friendly and massage was great but my facial, not so much. Went for a deep pore facial and it felt like a normal facial. Barely any extractions which was my main reason for going and I have acne. I left with my face feeling raw and redder than ive ever seen. Ive had facials before and this left me feeling less than satisfied...
