Everyone is so incredibly friendly and helpful. I was slightly nervous about the whole process, I've never had any type of cosmetic surgery, but Dr. Gross and his staff took a lot of time sitting down and throughly explaining exactly what was to come. The computer imaging software absolutely blew my mind! To be able to physically see potential results with my own eyes, incredible! I really can't say enough about how comfortable the staff made me feel, and the office is BEAUTIFUL!

Overall, my experience with Primera Plastic Surgery was outstanding. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and at ease. I met two other doctors before Dr. Gross. After meeting with Dr. Gross, I immediately knew I wanted him to perform my rhinoplasty. He knew what I wanted before I even told him. He reduced the nasal hump and fixed my deviation. I am so glad I chose Dr. Gross because my new nose turned out amazing! It looks so NATURAL and more proportionate. It has only been three months since the operation and I already love it; I cannot wait until all of the swelling is gone! I have gotten so many compliments such as, "Omg this is the nose you should have been born with." Dr. Gross gave me my confidence back and I could not thank him enough.

If I could give this more stars I would! Dr. Gross is not just a surgeon, he truly is an artist. I had never had surgery before and he made me feel so comfortable even when I asked a million questions. One consultation lasted almost an hour over and never once did he rush me. The nurse, Sarah, is amazing. Getting my cast off was very emotional and she helped me get through it. She's a blessing in disguise! When I got my cast off I cried because I was so happy with the result. I went to work the week after I got my surgery and never once had any severe pain, swelling, or bruising. I even went to the mall the very next day after surgery with my cast on! Dr. Gross knows exactly what to do in order for you to have a painless and fast recovery. This surgery changed my life, and I finally feel like I am the person I was supposed to be. I feel so beautiful and my only regret is that I didn't go see Dr. Gross sooner!

I had a recent Rhinoplasty Surgery and Lower Blepharoplasy surgery. I am so happy with the results. Dr. Gross and his team of nurses are wonderful. They explained both procedures thoroughly. I had barley any down time! I was up and doing things the next day. Dr. Gross is truly a magnificent artist. My nose was reduced down to the size I wanted it. It looks very natural. I love my small little nose. Say goodbye to all the excess fat I had under my eyes. Now everyone tells me how great I look; not how tired I am. Very pleased with results.
