Just a note about the service I received last night. With an appointment I arrived 5 minutes early for my blow out, only to stand looking at the receptionist for at least 4 minutes with no acknowledgement. Then the same lady that ignored me, is my stylist to do my hair. Sitting at her station I notice cut hair all over the counter and floor, she asks what I'd like, and I say round brush with the waves away from my face. Post wash, she sections my hair and starts to work. I think the entire 45 minutes I was in the salon she may have said two sentences to me. As a new client, I expect my stylist to ask how much product I like, what my preferences are, I got nothing. She literally picks up a bottle of cheap hairspray and starts to spray it all over my hair. Being 12 weeks pregnant, I'm very sensitive to smells and I have to tell you that not only was the spray overpowering, making me choke, the smell was terrible. The blow out itself wasn't bad, although she didn't turn it away from my face, she did the opposite. I wish this establishment all the best, but I will not be a client.

I got a full color, full highlights, and cut my hair shoulder length (which was originally down to my back)! I cannot say how much of an amazing job Grace did with everything! Plus, she is a sweet heart! I love it all! I will definitely be referring my friends and family, and coming to this salon whenever I need anything done. Thank you again!

WOW check out my new rich color and cut!! I first met Grace at work when she complimented my "beautiful hair" and gave me a business card. I soon went to Metro to get a much needed professional haircut and boy was I thrilled with the cut!! Today I went in for a cut and decided on the spot to let her color my hair. She was so accommodating and was able to fit me in last minute for a fantastic color. Grace is truly a professional who loves what she does and welcomes you with a warm smile and appreciation. Thank you beautiful lady!!

Grace is the only person I will ever trust with my hair. She truly knows what the client wants and does everything she can to make it possible. She also goes above and beyond when it comes to scheduling appointments. She makes it as easy on the client as she possibly could. I will be loyal to her forever. Not only is she one of the NICEST people on planet earth, she really knows what she's doing when it comes to cut, color and everything else hair! I get so many compliments on the richness of my hair color and beauty of my haircut because of her. I took my mom to Metro to get her hair completely redone and she couldn't be happier! Grace found a way to eliminate the appearance of her gray hair, and she is like a new woman! Metro carries the best salon supplies, is super clean and inviting and just all in all wonderful. If anyone says different, they have issues. Grace truly cares about her clients and will do all she can for you. I feel like she is part of my family. Do yourself a favor and go to Metro hair salon. Trust me, you will NOT regret it!
