HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not go here if you value your looks. My fiancé went for a simple cut. Keep the sides short, clean up the neck and thin the top....but keep the length. I wish I could post before and after pictures. They should go into the butcher business. When I called to provide feedback (very politely), the owner said, "we thought he looked handsome." Theresa, who cut his hair, called me back. When I tried to explain that his sideburns were not only gone, but completely different shapes and uneven, and that the top of his head had many different lengths, she told me hair cuts had to be gradual. The top back of his head is an inch longer then the front top of his head! Then she asked me if I was a hairdresser and knew what I was talking about. His only option at this point is to go get a military cut. He had such beautiful, thick, black, Italian-looking hair!!! Devastating. Do not go here.

I made two nail appointments to be done a t the same time. They were done after each other. They took about an 1 1/2 for a manicure shellac. They did a sloppy job missing the sides of the nails, forgetting how many coats, forgetting the top coat.

I just had my Mani with Shellac done and I am extremely happy. Ms. Ariel is not only very talented but entertaining. Her Spa is very beautiful it has a Euro feel with a friendly staff to meet all of your needs. Complementary beverage and even a snack. I would highly recommend this Spa for any of their services.
