"WORST experience EVER! My girlfriend and I get our nails done every month. Thought we'd try somewhere new... Boy was that a bad idea. We went in with great expectations and I made appointments ahead of time so we could get our nails done together. We purchased a groupon for this salon including a mani-pedi and glass of wine. When we arrived, there was only one nail technician who was with another client, and so we waited 20 minutes for her and the hostess to do our nails. We were there for 2.5 hrs, normally 1.5 hrs max! If the nails were perfect, I would have no problem with time but I not only had to ask for our complimentary glasses of wine but I will be going back to my normal salon tomorrow and getting them redone. This salon tried to sell us on packages, and charge us additionals even after I spoke with the owner. My toes had to be redone several times because of incidents and my finger nails were not filed or "manicured." I don't normally write reviews like this and the girls were very sweet, but I was just so disappointed in the results :(

Beautiful salon. As soon as you walk in you are immediately checked in by the friendly staff willing accommodate to your needs. I was offered wine as soon as I entered and checked in. Highly recommend getting your mani/pedi done with the ladies at Doperdoll they will have you feeling relaxed from the moment you arrive. Thanks for the great massage Selena ! As for hair I recommend all the stylist they are extremely professional and will help you figure out any doubts you have. Can't wait to go back ! My experience at Doperdoll was fantastic from the moment I walked in till the moment I stepped foot outside the front desk employees are the sweetest people ever they greet you with love and always ask you if you would like to drink anything starting from water to a glass of wine. Amazing once you walk in you almost feel like your in Rodeo Drive however this salon in Coral Gables Heart of Miracle Mile is out of this world. Incredible experience as soon as you walk in you are in Awe of the atmosphere is more like a stratosphere with Ambiance you start to feel Cloud 9 may exist..Luxury top of the line world wide Products from Perfumes and Creams you cant find almost anywhere..Hair Products "Forget About it" simply Just the best..I brought my Fiance there and she had a blow out make over..With Sergio who really knew what he was doing like an artist..She said felt like a million bucks and was really Pampered..as soon you sit down you are offered wine or Organic tee..She already cant wait to go again...Thanks Lance
