Great experience! I have been to a few different spas in Broward and have had some great experiences but Body & Soul Retreat really impressed me. I was greeted by a young woman, Daniela, and the owner, Ina, at the front, and they were the most courtageous, friendly and professional ladies. My appointment was looked up right away. I had bought a couple massage for my husband and I for Valentine’s day. The lady of the massage greeted us, she was a very friendly lady. She made us feel very comfortable; she catered the massage to our needs. The place was very cozy, a little dark but very romantic with lots of candles around us. My husband and I are delighted by the service we received, and we are planning to go back again soon! Thanks Body & Soul for making my gift the Best!

If you truly know your body and need the TLC from a qualified and professional therapist - look no further in Broward County, Florida. A true diamond in the rough with real professionals that not only have 'healing hands' but really understand their craft. Excellent experience.

Had an appointment which was scheduled by Kristen she was very nice. She made the appointment at 10 on 11/05/2014. I did arrive five minutes late but she said that wasn't a problem and escorted me to a waiting area. I waited for 15 minutes and she came to tell me that the individual providing my services was shopping at publix and would be in soon. I waited a total of 35 minutes and still no service. I did get up and walked to the front desk and Kristen was amazed that the attendant still hadn't taken me back. So, gee the customer service wasn't what I thought it would be....never had my treatment and don't know if I would go back. The odd thing about this is that while I was waiting for services Kristen called to remind me of my appointment....maybe the other staff should be reminded as well.....

The massage was amazing and i loved the therapeutic music and lotions! I'll definitely be back =D Thanks again!

Body & Soul Retreat is by far the best spa I have ever been to. Whenever I need to unwind from my busy life I know without a doubt, that the Body & Soul ambiance will quiet my mind and help me find the peace I'm seeking. Not only is the atmosphere perfect but the service is first-class. I love the scrubs they use for both the mani/pedi's and body scubs. Ahhhh-mazing! Only the best ingredients and products are used and the staff waits on you hand and foot. It's the best place ever. I love the meditation room with it's low lighting and soothing music. Sometimes I'll go in a little early just to enjoy some tea and relax before my real services begin. I can't say enough good things about this special little "hole" in the wall place. It's stood strong for 12+ years for a reason. Go there and indulge! :)
