I love the fact that the owners are there on premises almost all of the time. The services we have had done have all been a great experience. Very happy with the customer service and quality of services rendered. Did we mention a fun and very relaxing atmosphere too? You really can't go wrong with this spa experience. Highly recommended!

BEWARE OF ADDITIONAL COSTS AT THE REGISTER- I had been to the salon twice and was offered a small flower painted on each large toe and wasn't charged anything additionally. I foolishly thought it was a courtesy. I made an appointment for a spa pedicure and used a $10 off card. The short-haired redhead who appears to be the manager or owner tells me that I'm being charged $6 for the nail art this visit. Please keep in mind that when she asked me for the usual flower, I asked her for initial possibly.. she said, "How about all in Rhinestones" I thought, Okay, but honestly it was garish and ugly but I felt bad to say anything. Anyhew, I told the lady at the register that I never pay for nail art and that I wasn't happy at all that she was charging me for something I didn't okay.. she said, "oh well, you still got a $46.00 pedicure for $36..." REALLY? They can afford to lose a client for $6.. all she had to do was advise me "In the future" and then I feel she should have spoken to the girl about advising clients of additional charges. Well Congrats. Palm Day Spa... you can have my $6 and I won't be back. Shame on them. A much better spa right up the street is Jade Serenity folks. P.S. I since removed the horrible "art work" and now I have to repolish my nails. Good Grief.

I called made an appt and had them call me back to verify the pkg price and was also using the merchant circle coupon $20 off for new guest. When called me back it was going to be $250 for the pkg. So I changed it b/c only wanted to spend around $200 on my daughter for her gift. On the phone with the pkg change it was going to be $205. I got there to pick her up and the charge was up again and extra $20. If they don't want people to use the coupon they shouldn't put it on the internet. I didn't want to argue with them in front of picking up my daughter since it was her present, although they had the bill ready before I got there in front of her which they knew I was paying for her and it was her birthday.. I don't mind paying but when a place changes from what is quoted and not professional about the bill which had no detail I won't recommend. I am glad all the other ppl who gave 5 stars had a better experience.
