I purchased a groupon special for both my husband & I for this company, and I wish I never did. First, it took over two weeks to be able to get in for the massage being it's a tiny shop and the owner is the only massage therapist. Secondly, after waiting two weeks for my massage I showed up on time for my appointment only to find out that Amanda (the owner) was in a session with another client. She never once came out to explain why she had double booked, nor called to even apologize for wasting my time. I emailed and called twice to try and clear up the misunderstanding, but never once heard back from her. After all, it was my time wasted yesterday, so I would've imagined she'd have the decency to at least apologize. As a business owner myself, I understand how important great customer service is and I'd recommend you steer clear of this "spa." The inside is dingy and the customer service is non-existent. Massage companies are a dime a dozen and I'd recommend you find a company that actually cares about who walks in the door. Amanda definitely shouldn't be a business owner and her company will suffer from her lack of care or concern for clients.

Amanda has healing hands! Very professional, listens about troubled areas and defintely makes sure you leave feeling much better and relaxed. Best massage I have ever had! Best part is, prices are affordable. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! STAY AWAY! I bought a Groupon for this merchant and it was a horrendous experience from the beginning. After purchasing the Groupon did I only see how bad of a experience everyone was having with them. So I wanted to be sure I booked my appointment well in advance so as to not lose out on my Groupon since others have said and she states on her website that you lose the value of the promotion on the expiration date even if you booked your appointment prior to that date. I called several times the first week of November, finally got a call back (even though the answering machine says they’ll call back within 24 hours). She said she was fully booked the next 5 weeks!! Fine. The first available was Dec 5th (which happened to be the date the Groupon expired) so I went ahead and took it. The week before my appointment I get an email saying that all appointments that were booked are all cancelled!!???!! And we need to call her to reschedule. So I call almost everyday up until the day of my appointment…never got a call back. I even went to the location on my appointment date/time just in case she tries to blame me for missing my appointment and I was in the same situation as others where the place was shut down, but with no notice or anything of a relocation. So I went home and called Groupon and they were very apologetic of the whole situation and refunded my money. Thank God!

I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage. After waiting 6 weeks, yes 6 WEEKS for an appointment I had to cancel for work reasons. I called 24 hours in advance per the goupon and no one answered the phone. I called again today to confirm they recieved my message and again, they didn't answer. After going to their website to reschedule I see there are no open appointments until AFTER my groupon expires. I wish I never wasted my money here. Hopefully Groupon will refund my money. This is awful customer service. 11/28/12- Amanda the owner rescheduled my appointment for today at 3. I showed up at the location to see a notice on the door saying they relocated. They provided no new address and of course no one answered the phone when I called. I have wasted enough time and money. I'll find somewhere else to go. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
