These are the rudest most dishonest people that I have ever encountered. We made an appointment and it was cancelled after we told them we had a groupon. They said that they were full, but after going to the location, they was only one customer there and I walked in and attempted to make an appointment. They made my appointment for me the next hour!!! Then I mentioned that I was the one that called several times to use my groupon...then they told me to leave or they would call the police! I have NEVER EVER EVER EVER been treated so dishonestly and rudely in my entire life. I rate them at a NEGATIVE 100 stars because this pretty much ruined our vacation that was supposed to help save my unsteady marriage. I spent hours on the phone with groupon and the spa and just wasted my time and stressed out my family. On a positive note, the male employee there was very kind and helpful, but I heard the owner, Tammy in the background cursing and telling the guy that they did not owe us anything and that we were just "free money". The guy was apologetic and seemed generally upset that he could not help us. I cannot re-iterate how horrible these guys are

Fastest Brazilian wax I have ever had, which is great because I am always crunched for time. Also, the pricing was great, least expensive in the area. Overall good experience.

If I could give a 0 I would! I am not one to complain or even write reviews but my experience at Pure Spa in Ft Walton was beyond awful! The owner, Tammy, did a horrible job on my eye lash extensions and half of them fell out the next day. When I came in to ask for a refund she gave me so much attitude and said no one complains about her lash extensions. Well, Mine were clearly half gone and she said I must have picked at them. Why would I do that after paying 100 dollars the day before!? She is the owner and could have been understanding and given me a refund but instead she argued at me saying I was wrong . She is the owner! What happened to good business ethics and client service in that place. I will never go there again and recommend you to never visit that spa. Bad service and bad eye lash extensions. She doesn't know what she is doing!

I had a facial done here. Not the greatest when the owners dog is in the room with us. Not to mention she left the door open during the facial so she cold shout out the door what lunch she wanted. It would have been better if there was more professionalism.
