These reviews look like they were all written by the same person...I definitely wouldn't take advice from someone who can barely put together complete sentences. I understand that you're upset but trying to ruin the credibility of an establishment because of one error is completely childish. You need to stop wasting your time on massages and get back into a classroom! This place is pretty good, i've never had a bad massage at this location and the scheduling is never a problem. Do not be fooled by one bitter woman.

This location is great. My husband and I really enjoy our massages and we've never had a problem with the staff. They are always readily available to schedule appointments. I highly recommend this location.

It deserves no star.... The receptionist (Erika) had a terrible attitude. She had no idea what customer service is. I Didn't even bother to reschedule. Bad experience.

I must do some justice related to older posts and comments. Today I went to visit for the first time to Kendall location which my ache and stress is being handled with care over to Mrs. Alina, who assisted with all my specifics. Front desk were very useful and friendly. A room for improvement only to place bigger cups for hot tea would be really nice for member's lounge (tea selection is also tasteful).

this location. The front desk 'young ladies' have no idea what customer service is all about. Their attitude is horrible, i have a problem with the account of my son that i was cancel but they still charge in my credit card, plus the company they do fraud with my account and they dont follow the agreement that the company have so i request to spoke with the manager name Lady but she always she is busy they treat you like if you were bothering them when I try to spoke with her they told me many excused to no respond my phone call , i still waiting that the manager call me back.i need to call my america express to dispute the charges and always blaming the computer system, I would hope the manager is not the owner and if is, shame on her. , I hope the owner will read how incompetent their employees are. i am sure they will do NOTHING, they only interesting take your money DO NOT GO THIS PLACE
