This is by far the most unprofessional dermatology office Ive ever experienced. Fist of all, it took 2 hours to see the doctor. Once inside, it took another hour. The medication prescribed needed to be requested directly to my insurance company. It took two months for them to do. When trying to call the office and requesting to speak to the doctor, my request was always denied by a "Christina". She was so rude! CVS made several attempts for this office to contact my insurance, to later find out that the request was being made for another patient. I never got to talk to the doctor or a managers office. Instead, I heard the "Christina" call me a Bitch. Nice, real nice... DONT GO TO THAT OFFICE! Oh and parking is horrible and the location is scary.

Dr. Susana Leal-Khouri is a great dermatologist!! I've been seeing her for the past 2 years. First she treated my ACNE with several topical lotions and a dose of antibiotics. I also suffer from MELASMA so I used her fading cream and retinol cream, which she personally mixes in the lab. They are very potent! Better than anything else I've tried. I liked them so much that I purchased them for my mom in California! I had been suffering with adult acne for almost 10 years and my skin had the scars to prove it. So Dr. Khouri suggested treating my ACNE SCARS with the FRAXEL laser. I did three sessions and saw a great improvement. My friends are finally telling me how great my skin looks!!! Finally I decided to try BOTOX injections! I am 34 years old and wrinkles are starting to creep up. Because I have been an ongoing patient I developed full confidence in Dr. Khouri. I wouldn't trust just anybody to perform this procedure. It was fast & practically painless. The results are amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Khouri. I will continue to see her for all my cosmetic and dermatology needs. Her staff has always been very helpful too!

I was very impressed with Dr. Khouri during my recent visit to her office. She was very thorough and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and concerns. Even though my appointment was delayed because the office was updating their computer files, the staff was pleasant, and apologized and explained their situation. I have already recommended Dr. Khouri to my friends. If you are in need of a dermatologist, I highly recommend Dr. Khouri.

Absoultly terrible! Worst reception desk I've ever encountered.

This doctor is great. The staff is pleasant. The wait was not bad. I would recommend her to my family and friends.
