Do not sign any contracts or do business with this spa. I properly cancelled a contract and paid $129, 30 day notice and $50 cancellation fee. They continued to charge my debit card, effectively STEALING my money of $108. When I called repeatedly, Jenny would say the "owners" are in a meeting but would call me back. No one ever called back. Then I visited the store and the manager, Amanda PROMISED that she would see to it that we got back our money. A month since they stole my money I don't have it back. I visited and spoke to Bob who said he had the authority and would definitely refund the $108. He claims that I would get a check in the mail in a week. It has been 2 weeks and I still do not have the refund. Planet Beach is a dishonest, unethical company. Bottom line: they are CROOKS !

DO NOT SIGN contract w these people. They closed the location I originally signed the contract and kept charging my credit card. I had to put a merchant block w my cc.

The Staff was more knowledgeable than anywhere else I've been and the place was extremely clean. In addition to 4 levels of tanning, including High Pressure beds, they also have several spa machines, including one that Hydrates you before you tan like a steam bath. They also had a photo therapy facial, Massage machine, and the Mystic spray tan.
