Like S.Edel said, this isn't your typical spa. It's located inside of a medical building, which gives it a very clinical feel. I got the laser hair removal and OMG it HURT! BAD! My co-worker also got laser hair removal there and complained about the pain. It is almost unbearable. The technician was great, but the laser machine she used made me feel like I was being electrocuted in my bikini area. NOT a pleasant feeling. I want to finish my treatments, but honestly I don't know if I will be able to because it is so painful. Before this I waxed for years and I have never felt such excruciating pain from hair removal as I have at Velour. Waxing was a walk in the park compared to this. I am going to go to one more session and take a freakin' Vicodin in hopes that the treatment is tolerable.

The place is ok but not what I expected. The website and descriptions make it sound like your headed to an actual spa but what they don't tell you is it's located inside the medical building by Kendall Regional. You have to take the elevator then search for the unit number just as if you're headed to an office. Once inside, there are about 4 chairs in the "waiting area" or cubicle to be realistic. Not gona lie, the Spa Attendant was wonderful. She was very nice and did a great job with my Laser Hair Removal but the place could use some re-modeling or re-locating.
