Dirty..........noisy..........unprofessional.........egotistical..........unhappy workers.........even the simplest of tasks, a shampoo was done sloppy. A Spa should be clean, quiet, professional, everyone having their egos in tact, great service and we should feel better when we leave than when we came in. The noisy chitter/chatter felt like a "beauty parlor" instead of a Salon/Spa. Yuck!

My first time here, THANK YOU to my stylist Cheryl for fixing the disaster of a haircut that had gotten a couple of months ago. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I got in and got out in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing that I can suggest is to ask about how much things are going to cost before going so that there are no surprises. My only complaint was that their website says one price and they don't tell you upfront that some of their stylists are as they put it "renters" and charge more than the salon does. In all honesty, had I not of had a good experience, I would have been a bit ticked and leaving a bad review right about now. But because I had a good experience I'll take note and remember that for later All in all I enjoyed the experience and will return.

Called ahead and made an appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early but still had to wait an hour to be seated. Would not go again.
