I went there several times after moving to the Palm Coast. I had a full set of pink and white, and they kept lifting, had to go in and get 4 repairs and they charged me for each one. When I went in for a fill, she said she had to take them all off and do a full set as they were lifting so bad, I was MAD as I just paid $40.00 to have them put on! I then took my two daughters in for a full set and a fill, when we went to pay, they charged my one daughter $5.00 MORE for FILING her nails!! Yes you hear right! When we went to pay,. they said hers was an additional $5 for filing her nails. Did not tell her this when he did her nails, waited until we were leaving!! She did not have longer nails then myself or my other daughter! I told them they should have told us up front, and they just smiled. They then over charged us an additional $10.00 I went back in and explained that they had over charged us, I had to fight to get the money back, I literally had to pull out a calculator and show him, he was wrong. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! They do not care about their customers.

I have been going to this salon for many years .I am always treated well .My favorite technition is Samantha .She gives me the best pedicure .I also take my senior mother there as she is very gentle with her tender feet .She is a very nice person and it is a relaxing and pleasant experience .
