I have to say I am fascinated with Trends Salon. I am newer to the Pensacola area and I have lived in so many different places (military brat, military wife) and this is by far one of the nicer salons I have been too. I had Nicole Stephenson and she was more than amazing. I typically keep my hair pretty basic and never thought about trying something new. Nicole looked at me for a minute and suggested a new cut/style. I was feeling a little spontaneous so I took her advice. I have NEVER had this many compliments in my life. She made me look beautiful. She took her time, she is great company, and she has definitely earned repeated business from me. I have been referring my friends to her. If your going to Trends, try to get in with Nicole Stephenson!! She is simply fantastic and the salon in gorgeous!!

Went in for my trial run for my wedding. I wanted my hair to be natural and wavy and it was just a curly mess at the end of the day ( have straight hair ). I had my make-up done too and didn't even recognize myself in the mirror, probably because I'm not used to it, but it made me so uncomfortable. I was embarrassed to be seen when I walked out of the salon. What's worse is that my face broke out pretty badly. I now only have two weeks to get rid of all the new zits on my face :( I just didn't have a good experience.

The first warning sign was that I had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to start because the hairdresser was not there. No one offered me a drink or apologized for the delay, and I was told two different excuses for why she wasn't ready. When she finally came to start my haircut she also didn't apologize, and took a phone call for five minutes during our appointment while still trying to cut my hair. After being there for almost 2 hours I was ready to leave, and the bill was almost twice what I had been quoted originally. When I complained, they explained that the independent consultants set their own prices, which was never mentioned when I booked. After this fiasco I will most definitely not be returning to Trends.

This is the only place that I come to do my hair now in the Pensacola area. Jessica Speedy has a gift for turning my hair into a beautiful work of art. She won't let you leave until you are beyond satisfied.
