I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Massage Envy in early January. I had the worst pain in my shoulder blade that was worked out with the deep tissue massage. My therapist was awesome and always asked if the pressure was too hard, too light, etc. The staff was most welcoming and answered the questions I asked. I joined as a member and I can't wait for my massage in a couple of weeks.

We were CHARGED FOR SERVICES WE DID NOT RECEIVE due to the incompetence of the Tallahassee FL Branch Manager. The Tallahassee branch's inability to provide accurate cancellation information, INTENTIONAL DELAYS, RUDE CORRESPONDENCES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE has ruined the positive memories of our Massage Envy experiences. We researched and discovered that we are not the first nor the only clients that the Tallahassee FL Branch Manager has DECEIVED AND FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED for services.

Relaxing atmosphere, nice ambiance and friendly front desk staff. I had an amazing 90 minute massage with Dion. He met my expectations, being very attentive, concentrating on my problem areas and relieving all of my tension from head to toe. I left feeling Massage Envy revived and totally relaxed! I can't wait until my next appointment with Dion!

I scheduled a massage at this location and I must say that I was very satisfied with my experience. The front staff was really friendly as well as the massage therapist. The clinic was very clean and relaxing, they even offer a really great program which allows you to receive massages on a monthly basis. Definitely a great place to relax and the staff is very professional. Dion and Alex are my personal favorites but I have tried others and they were great as well =).
