Jacqueline's Salon & Day Spa
Reviews
I cannot rave about this spa enough. I just hosted a spa day before my sister's wedding earlier this week and everything was absolutely perfect! There were 8 of us in total, all with different services and different time constraints, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us and make the day special. We brought in mimosas and snacks and the provided us with everything we could possibly want, such as plates, champagne flutes, and keeping our glasses full. Tim was one of the friendliest people I have ever met, and went well above my expectations. Every single person in my party raved about their services for the rest of the day. My sister said that it was perhaps the best massage and facial she has ever had in her life. I get facials in NYC at least once per month, and I have to say that this facial was superb! She was extremely knowledgeable, and I have never had someone perform extractions without leaving a red mark prior to this experience. I cannot say how pleased I am with the entire experience. I give this place my highest recommendation.
I have had the pleasure of using Jacqueline's on many occasions and have never been disappointed. The hair salon does excellent styles/cuts, the spa manicure/pedicure is just the right mix of indulgence. Now, the massage .... wow! The ultimate! The price of this pampering is well worth it
I am from out of town and decided to have a destination wedding in Treasure Island, FL. I live several hundred miles from FL , therefore had to rely on the internet. I choose this salon based on reviews and don't regret it all. Tim and the girls took care of me, my family, and my entire wedding party. I couldn't have picked a better place to take care of all of us. All of our hair and make-up was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this salon :)
This was (by far) the absolute worst hair experience of my life! I have had my hair styled and cut all over the country from the inexpensive (Super Cuts) to Rodeo Drive (Hollywood salons). I should have trusted my instincts from the moment I approached the front desk. The elderly woman scheduling the appointments appeared to have dementia....friendly, but clueless. Then, after 20 minutes of consultation with te hair dresser, she proceeded to wack 7 inches of my hair off!! After I had just explained my concern for a not wanting too much of my hair cut off!!! The bottom of my hair was extremely crooked and uneven. There was no style whatsoever to the cut. I have shown my hair to several people and they are in disbelief at what a horrible cut I received. Now, for the next 6 months, I am stuck with trims at another salon to "fix" the damage!!! This is an overpriced salon preying upon tourists and new transplants and their lack of local knowledge - DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. Go to the Aveda Salon in St. Petersburg for hair and Safety Harbor Spa for pampering. It is well worth the travel and effort.
