Do not go to this place. The receptionist that reserves your appointments is difficult to understand. That was just the beginning. She did not explain fully that the place where my appointment for lash extensions was going to be was inside a gym/24 hour fitness. I arrived at 9:45 for a 10am appointment. Had to follow a member inside to get inside the gym. There were no signs, nothing indicating I was in the right place. I had a weird vibe already, left a voice mail and left. The manager received my message called me back and explained that they did not see me. She said "let's not blame you or me, let's just start the day over". She was short tempered, rude and unapologetic that it is difficult to find her place or relax - when it is located in the upstairs of a gym. I went back to meet her, she was just as unfriendly in person. She asked what my biggest concern was and I said "cleanliness" being that her place is located inside a gym. She said she had never heard that from anyone who had seen here there but in the same breath mentioned that she had only been in that location for one week. She could sense my uneasiness, I asked to see "before and after" pictures and she said I would need to go in the web site. Did not offer to show me her web site or any photo's. She then said "I feel uncomfortable doing your lashes" and I said "I do too". She rudely said "goodbye and I hope you find what you are looking for". I hope she find what she is looking for and that would be a pleasant, customer service oriented personality. Don't waste your time or money on this establishment - the owner needs more than a beauty make-over.

I came here because I had a major event and wanted to try the semi-permanent lashes. My technician that I had was Shea and let's just say I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! There was so much glue on the lashes and where there wasn't clumps the lashes fell out fairly quickly. It even appeared that I had a mixture of single lashes and cluster lashes in my eyes. When I tried to call and complain the next day after so many attempts to call back the same day and NO ONE answered the phone, I was told that it was my problem and that they didn't guarantee their work after I left. What kind of company would not even take the time to re-look at the sloppy work that was done after I spent such an expensive amount. This place appears to be ok from the outside, but once you get in there, the services, and owner are sub-par. It appears that the owner is the only one that works there, as she was answering the phone and multi-tasking while she was doing my lashes which I did not appreciate. Nothing about this place screams excellence because there is a LACK of customer service and professionalism and a LACK of quality service. All who read- DO NOT spend your hard earned money at a place that does not give you quality service. Take your business elsewhere!!!!!

I Love Flirt & Flutter. Shea does an amazing job with Brows. Adrienne does excellent with eyelash extensions. I will definitely be going back!

I love this place!!!! Great customer service. My lashes and eyebrows are always done to perfection. The owner is always visible and takes great care of her clients.
