The Massage Envy staff at the Camp Creek location are fantastic! Professional, polite, very conscientious of time/time management. Massage Envy as a company has a lot of work to do. The transfer fees, the lack of a uniformed system in scheduling massages at various locations. Expressed my concerns to the company via letter, never received a call, letter or smoke signal. Really unfortunate.
My first massage! I loved how professional they were and the massage person I had was named Angel. She was very nice. If I didn't live out of state I would go back and ask for her.
Bit disappointed with the service . therapist wait for 10 minutes before they starts then finishes 10 min before the hour . Happens several times and seems common in a lot of massage envy franchise .
I love Massage Envy, and the new Howell Mill location is fantastic. Location is very clean and inviting - staff is great and were able to schedule my appointment at a convenient time. The massage was excellent.
Disorganized when it comes to scheduling. You will be told on thing and they will change up the schedule unilaterally. Once you get there they make you wait past your scheduled start time.
