Okay so I purchased a Groupon for 2 sessions of Brazilian waxes. I was able to use the first session but not before threatening to get a refund from Groupon due to KaSundra always being booked everytime I tried to make an appointment. So when I experienced my first wax it was wonderful. I felt great afterwards and didn't have any problems. Then when I tried to make my second appointment which was never emailed to me for confirmation, KaSundra began to be rude during the email forcing me to take last minute appointments and then saying did I want the appointment or not. Its not my fault that she is always booked and never sent me a future appointment via email. To this day I have still been able to receive my second appointment and my money has already been paid. I was not pleased with her unprofessionalism via email. I do not recommend her to anyone because I feel she took my money and took advantage of me as a woman.

I saw a fraction of reviews similar to my experience, it makes me wonder if perhaps some of the other reviews were fabricated by unqualified sources, the bipolarity doesn't sit well. I called many times and got a cell phone voice mail of a woman's name I had never heard of, no mention of the company. Finally drove very far out of my way and appalled KaSundra to show up as a walk in. She curtly explained that her car was in the shop so at 2:00 pm on a weekday with no one else around there was no way she could perform a service, did I want to schedule for over a week from now? I had a coupon, I'm young, and I was in my trying to stay cool attire. I've seen other reviewers with coupons feel written off and I now know why. Most weekends I am primped because I am a promotional model. I am new to town and treat people that do a good job very well, high priced quality services are worth the success of my career. I thought I would give her a try with the coupon as a tester. I believe she got the impression of someone not worthy of being one of her clients and disregarded me as less of a person. I mentioned I thought it might be better if I returned the coupon. "Fine", and relieved I would be off her hands, she let me show myself out. I've come to like my weekly/bi-weekly visits to Buckhead Toe Spa. Quality services and I don't see a discrepancy in how clients are treated. Sweetest technicians I could ask for. It's better she made her error. It's hard to know people for who they really are otherwise. I hope I can help other people avoid the negative energy and judgement this woman is composed of.

I went to Sol Oasis for waxing starting a couple months before my wedding because of embarrasing razor burns around my bikini area. I had never gotten a wax before and expected it to be incredibly painful. KaSundra was clean, fast, and even somehow made me look forward to my waxes. I have continued to get waxed (as my new husband loves it). I would highly recommend going to her.
