we dined at all the restaurants that this place had to offer and one after the other was amazing. stayed in the villas after viewing the website and they were nicer than was posted online. we had 5 guys and never felt crowed. we will for sure be back again.

A vacation getaway less than an hour from Atlanta. We never had to get in our car and had so many options to choose from. Love the Irish Pub and the wines have gotten MUCH better than in recent years. Appreciate the change in winemaker and creative license he is given. It shows. Restaurants are all great and if you're lucky enough to stay at the Inn you're in for a true treat. Beautiful hotel. Superb staff.

When J.Brian and Diane D.Phillips visited the resort everything looked very pretty. We were prepared to stay a few days. However, the biggest disappointment was no WiFi. Also no mini bar. If you want music from their system...It'll cost you $10.00 So my Husband I complained about the WiFi to no avail. I was fuming. They said they were trying with their tech to fix it. I did not care. They did not fix it. We said we're going to leave this place right now. We said we didn't know we had to bring our own liquor. If you want to be ripped off with a la carte everything Chateau Elan is for you. We packed up our stuff and we were polite about it. Two thumbs down for this place.

Was hard to find someone to check in with at 11:30 after my driver had called ahead to make sure someone was there... Directions to my room were wrong. The building has an odd layout where you check in on level two, one floor down is level "A" and another floor half way between is level 1. The main elevator does not access floor 1. Staff could have been more helpful in explaining how to get to my room. AC is very uneven in the building. My room was hot and muggy and the conference rooms were extremely cold. Food was passable. Grounds are beautiful. Did not golf or use the SPA.

WE WAS TRYING TO O A WEDDING AT THE CHATEAU ELAN. BUT THE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD THE WEDDING PLANNER GAVE US ABOUT 10 MIN OF HER TIME. AFTER WE HAD MADE A APPONTMENT IT WAS SUPPORT TO BE FOR A HOUR . WE FELT THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME FOR US .WE TRY TO TELL MANGEMENT THAT ONE OF THE REASON WHY WE CAME THERE WAS TO TOUR THE AREA . THE MANAGER DID NOT WANT TO HEAR IT WHEN WE TRY TO CALL .THEY CALL THE BRASELTON POLICE DEPARTMENT BECAUSE I WAS COMPLANING BEWARE WOW!!!!!!!WOW
