Chateau Elan is like walking into a real life fairy tale. For my birthday, I treated my two sisters to the chateau sampler spa package. Wow, all I can say is wow. Everything we needed was catered to, all we had to do was show up! A precious, fully equipped shower and changing area made it so easy to bounce around, back and forth, to all the amenities that came with the package! We received the best facial, pedicure and massage. Because we had the day package, we had access to the pool, jacuzzi, tea time and all the beautiful lounge areas (inside and out). I absolutely felt like a princess, pure royalty. This is the kind of pampering I needed on my birthday! You won't regret this trip, worth every penny!
The horsepark at the chateau elan is DISGUSTING. The bathrooms are filthy, have no cold water, and is not sprayed for bugs. The stalls are hazardous to the horses and I am suprised no one has filed a complaint on that fact. The rest of the chateau is beautiful but the horsepark (mainly the stalls and bathrooms) are completely unsanitary.
