I've been going to Seasons on and off for a little over a year, mostly for haircuts, but I've also had a makeup and updo session for a wedding I was in.This place has a great atmosphere and pretty fair prices, but I have left unhappy on more than one occasion. The last haircut I received here, a dramatic cut of several inches, was done by a newer staff member and was not very flattering. I actually went to a different salon the next day to get it fixed. The makeup and updo session was okay...I just felt very overdone, even though I asked for a simple updo and natural makeup. Overall, I find this place to be hit or miss.

My Daughter was getting married and was a little stressed. What better way to De-Stress than to have Facials & Massages? We booked them well in advance and the actual services were great. We both enjoyed them tremendously. Also the Cheese and crackers and wine was an added special treat as well. The only issue was that I had to wait while my daughter had her massage and then have mine done. We thought that we were having them at the same time. it was awkward waiting for mine not knowing that they had made a schedule mistake. luckily my daughter had some errands to run whil I had mine done. It could have been avoided by having another massage therapest in house to accomidate us both.

While Ren gives probably one of the facials I have ever had, and knows her stuff very well, their front desk staff who book appointments have dropped the ball more than once. Most recently, their utter incompetence blew my appointment today that was booked weeks ago. My plan to have this service before a long planned (and known to their staff) vacation was simply blown off by the front desk girl. That they "tried" to call me isn't good enough- they left NO message IF they did "try.' Am I upset? YOU BETCHA! Why would Anyone think treating a long term client (or ANY client) like that is acceptable? My drive out to Perry, a waste of time and my vacation will be less than what I have planned for months. And when I return, then I have to search for a new Spa. DDH, Warner Robins. BTW, those Yahoo! Reviews that are 5coming stars? I was one who would have given 5 stars when they first opened their doors. Since then, these scheduling issues have increased, with the one today being the proverbial straw. Curious if the girl at the front desk today will relay my message to Davida or to Ren, as I asked when I walked out today. ;)

I've been to Season's Spa & Salon for the Refirme Skin tightening treatment. Britney was wonderful. I could see the difference after the first treatment but it was really noticeable after the third treatment. Especially with those tiny wrinkles around my lips.

The staf and services are wonderful
