I went into this salon spur of the moment due to a bad haircut from another salon a couple of days prior. I went in not knowing what to expect, I was just hoping that someone could fix my crazy hair situation! Well, I was very pleased with the wonderful and friendly staff that was there to greet and welcome me! I was also very very very happy with Haley, who was the one who did my hair! Wow is all that I can say after seeing my hair transform from awful to just beautiful and full of body, just from a simple hair cut. Haley was wonderful to talk to and you could tell that she knew what she was doing! I will definitely make this my hair salon now, even though I live an hour away! I will go on my break from work, that is how amazing the service is! I highly recommend Haley!

Great experience start to finish! When I arrived early, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who not only offered me a cup of coffee, she made it for me! When Myla was ready, she took me back and gave me a precise and meticulous manicure and pedicure. Although I had an express mani/pedi, she was very thorough and did not rush. She is a warm, sweet soul and I enjoyed talking to her so much. I'm on day 12 of my mani/pedi and my polish is just now beginning to chip on my fingers. I've washed many dishes, bathed my kiddos a lot, and had lots of swim lessons since Myla did my nails, and up until a couple of days ago they looked like I'd just had them done! I don't know what kind of magic she did, but this is the longest I've had polish stay on my nails. I'm sold. She's doing my nails from now on!

I've been going to the Roswell location for about 9 years now. I always highly recommend Joseph & Friends to my family, friend, honestly even strangers! I have always had a wonderful experience at the salon. All of there stylist are top notch, but I love me some Ray! He always takes the time to listen to what I want and gets everything just right!
