Massage Envy
Reviews
Had a gift certificate for Massage envy. Scheduled apt. with therapist Angela for an hour. That was my first and last visit with them. The noise from the hallway was awfully loud and that didn't allow me to relax. I was able to hear the next door masses voice. After an hour I left with the lumps and bumps on my back even the therapist told me to massage my back by myself. So if yo want to pay the price, but not get the service you are welcome to use Angela's service. She also took me back into the room 12 minutes later and finished 15 minutes earlier. Mariana K.
It feels so good. I loved my experience. But. They started late and they did not make up the time
This place isnt where I want to go for a nice relaxing day.. The therapist was good and friendly but talked the entire time.. I was given a gift card with the promise from the store there was enough on it for a 2hr massage +tip. When finished I ended up paying $50 more because of "miscommunication" about the amounts the massage actually costs. I say that's bad customer service - go by what your store promises!
I adore all the staff here, from Julie the manager, to the massage therapists I've seen, to the fun-loving, yet still professional front desk staff. Jesse and Jay are both great therapists who I would recommend to anyone new to getting a massage who might be a little nervous, but Mary is my current go-to. Thanks to her, I've regained range-of-motion in my neck that I haven't had for YEARS.
Worst customer experience. The communication with their customers is severely lacking!
