I don't tan unless I'm going to go to Hawaii or Mexico or something like that. This place was convenient and the girl helping me was not pushy to up sell me anything. good experience overall
I highly recommend this spa. The staff is wonderful, and they genuinely care about their member's health and well-being. I went to Planet Beach looking for red light therapy to help with a severe skin condition. Montana was understanding, helpful and went out of her way to help me find relief from my eczema without trying to sell me products. These people want to help-they are not just out to make a buck. I have been going to red light, tanning and hydrating sessions and have seen great results.
I am new to the area and just wanted to buy one tan and try out the beds to see if it was where I wanted to join. Not only were they not wanting to give me the price for the tan yet they kept trying to sell spa treatments to me. Even after telling them I was only interested in tanning they were still not willing to give me an idea of how much without a complete spa walk through and consultation. I will not deal with a company that doesn't listen or is willing to put customer first. Too bad... They would have been more convenient location for me and I would have been a loyal customer...
