Overall, the hair cut was okay. Unfortunately, everything else was not. The stylist and the whole shop, smelled of cigarette smoke. The implements were visibly dirty as well as the rest of the shop. Honestly, I'm not even sure why I stayed and let her cut my hair. I will not return. I only gave it 2 stars because of the okay cut.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON!!!! I went here because of the 40 dollar off hair coupon and I now know why they needed coupons! I have dark brown hair and I showed the OWNER two pictures of similar blonde hair colors that I wanted. I had been blonde a few years ago so I knew that it would look fine. She totally messed my hair up and instead of being a blonde, my hair looked like a zebra! Mostly brown with random blonde thick streaks. Also, she did not dye my hair to the roots. It looked like it had been 2 weeks since my hair was dyed. When it was done I told her it did not look anything like the pictures that there was still too much brown in my hair. She gave me some excuse that the brown will turn lighter. I was so mad with my hair that I just paid and left. I got home and my husband told me to call her and put more blonde in it because I had just paid 80 dollars for something that looked NOTHING like what I wanted. I called the owner and explained and with an attitude she said she would fix it without charge. So I drive there and she tells me I don't need anymore blonde, that its light enough. I explained to her that I did not want brown with a couple highlights but BLONDE. I showed her pictures again and she said she can't do that because it would take 8 hours and too much money for me because she would have to dye all of my hair blonde (total lie that it would take 8 hours). Anyways, she "fixed" my hair with much attitude. She was pushing my head around roughly and at one point she even clipped the hair clip on my neck. The whole time she was just being so rude about how I don't need anymore blonde. Then she tells me that she can't blow dry my hair or she'll have to charge me. I was so furious. She was going to charge me for HER mistake? I just wanted to be out of there so I just said I would do it at home. She had me sign a piece of paper that said I will not come back again asking her to fix my hair free of charge. (I should not have signed it!) I get home and blow dry my hair and it was ORANGE and some hair was blonde at the top and the bottom half was dark brown!!!! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND KILL YOUR HAIR because she will not listen and has horrible customer service.

Do not go to this salon!! It is dirty and the service is terrible. I went in to get a facial and there were spider webs under chairs and my facial was being done in a very small room where hair dye bowls and other dishes were being washed. I was scamed by the esthetician there because I purchased a yollar facial and she started waxing my eyebrows and performed extractions on my face. When I was done she was only going to charge me for the wax and extractions. I was furious because she did not mention that I was going to be charged for these extra things she just started doing to my face. Totally unprofessional and I would not go back!! Beware....

I walked into the salon and was immediately welcomed by a warm and friendly foreign lady. She was very excited to see me and got me an appointment right away. I had my hair colored a beautiful copper brown color by a girl named Danielle and when i was ready to check out she let me know i got a great discount and I left happy. I dont know what this lady below me is talking about because i had a great experience. She must have caught her on a bad day or something. I recommend going here.

My mother and I had the worst experience here. The woman who owns the store is by far one of the worst stylists ever, she is a nice woman, but a stylist's job is to accommodate her clients wishes and Adrianna does not do that. My mother is a very conservative and Adrianna kept trying to pressure her into getting a choppy a-line bob hairstyle. I finally had to say will you please just cut her hair the way she wants it. Unhappily Adrianna did finally do that. For my hair I had called in prior to see if she knew how to do a color melt and she insisted that she did. That was a lie, she had no idea what I was talking about and she kept telling me that I had green eyes therefore I need to have red hair. Having worked in the salon industry for years I have had my hair dyed every color and I was wanting to get away from red and have a blonde color melt. She kept arguing with me, if my mother wasn't already under the hair dryer I would have walked out. A client should never have to fight with a stylist to get what they want. I am sure some of the other stylists that work there are good at their job. But Adrianna is not. I ended up going the very next weekend to another salon to fix what she had done. Honestly, the worst experience.
