Kyle is perhaps the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. He is so great at telling me exactly what to do to feel better between massages and takes his time. Mark is my hair stylist, and he is great too. I love that he knows what he is doing and I have never had a bad haircut.

Nanett was so wonderful and patient while doing my nails! I have tried a few different mani-pedi Groupons and I never liked the experience enough to go back or purchase their services at full price, that is definitely not the case with Stepping Stones Salon! They were very gracious and accommodating of my work schedule. Knowing that salons with active Groupons typically have full schedules, I was impressed with their ability to get me an appointment within a week. I ended up being the last appointment of the day and Nanett still took her time with my nails, there was no rushing whatsoever and they look fantastic. I will definitely be going back for more nail services as well as trying some of the other services they offer. No more random salon Groupons for me!

I like my hair cut by someone who cuts with confidence and knows what I want. Mark is that guy. When I first moved to Boise nine years ago, I frequented the small chain salons looking for a good stylist. I’d end up with military buzz cuts or uneven lengths. I’m a guy with short hair so it shouldn’t be that hard. I finally started going to Mark. He cuts it just right every time and I don’t have to worry about what I’ll look when I leave. Stepping Stones is always very clean and professional and does a great job with appointment reminders. I’ve been going to Mark for years and will definitely continue!

I bought a Groupon for a gel manicure and express pedicure. I called on Monday and asked for a Tuesday afternoon appointment. They were able to accommodate me on pretty short notice. The nail technician, Gary, was excellent! He took his time and did a wonderful job on both services. I had never had gel nail polish, and he explained the process as he went. When I left, I looked down and saw that I had scuffed my new pedicure so I went back in to see if I could just get the polish from them and do a quick repair. Gary stopped what he was doing and redid that toenail from the beginning. REALLY excellent service and a fun place to be. I have already made an appointment for my next pedicure.

I paid for my Groupon and looked at availability on their website. WIDE OPEN! Very excited to pamper myself... Call next day, No availability for you! Yes, there was, but now, the girls are not available. Didn't offer to see other dates. I cancelled my groupon and am letting ALL of my friends to not go to this place. Horrible customer service.
