When I joined in 2010 they were amazing. I never had issues getting in. In the last year, they have been completely impossible to get in with. I ended up having to go to Hyde Park in order to use up my massages as I fully and completely ended my membership there. I had 9 massages to get in in 6 weeks. I had to get 1.5 hour massages to make up for it which in turn made for a higher tip and just way too expensive for a monthly membership. I tried any hour, any day for the last 6 months at least and they continued to say they were fully committed. I am over this place. I am glad they are successful but they somehow need to have more time slots or another KY location to ease scheduling.

After being talked into a yearly membership, I was excited to relax with a massage at least once a month, a little treat to myself. HOWEVER..since November, I've only received ONE massage. Unless you have a completely open schedule to go whenever. .you will NEVER get an appointment even if you are a member! And the massage therapist is usually late, and cuts your massage early to make up time! Front desk receptionists are rude also.

I scheduled an 8 o'clock appointment. I was sitting in the tranquility room and finally at 8:20 I went to the desk to see what was up. Turns out they didn't know I was waiting and my therapist was not ready yet and *just* finishing up another client. I totally didn't get my massage because I had ridden with someone else and they had gone in on time for their hour massage! I've been to Massage Envy all over the country as I've been a member for 3 years. This has never happened. They were apologetic, but how do they have a business like this? I'm very unsatisfied!!!!
