Everyone at Premier Laser Spa of Louisville has been absolutely fantastic to work with. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, explain their products and find a package that you can afford. I also love that, unlike other hair removal spas, you can always call and talk to a live person, instead of leaving a message and waiting for a call back. I am seeing great results with my treatments and love the customer service!

This is the first time I have ever done a laser hair treatment, anywhere. I was somewhat scared not knowing how much it was going to hurt. But as soon as I got in the room, I was put at ease. The woman who did my treatment was so friendly and was sincerely worried about me. She was like an old friend. She was great and it didn't hurt much at all. When I did say "Ouch, Hot" she stopped and waited for me. And in reality, I was just being a little too dramatic. I have had 3 now and all is going well. I, Nancy B. love it! The price is total worth it and I enjoy every time I go. I always feel comfortable going in for my treatment. The building was a little hard to find the first time but after going a few times now it's not a problem. Plus I'm getting great results and love watching the hair disappear more and more every time I go. They are always willing to work with you when you want something particular. Appointment times are easy to make and I have yet to have a problem where I had to cancel an appointment or had to leave work early to make an appointment.

Wonderful experience. My laser hair removal specialists is Aubrey and she very friendly and professional. I am partially through the laser hair removal process and I am very pleased with the results thus far. Scheduling is easy, rooms are very clean, decorated nicely and scented candles enhance the overall experience. I am glad I am finally getting this done and wonder why I waited so long!!!

I LOVE Premier Laser Spa of Louisville! This is not my first laser treatment facility, but it will be my last!! The results are amazing and so so so much better than the other place I've gone. The lasers are the most up-to-date and truly have the best results I've ever experienced. And the staff? AWESOME!!
