Love this salon!!!! Bryan nailed my color and cut. The price was a lot more reasonable than I thought it was going to be. I will recommend this salon to all my family and sorority sisters.
Salon is AWESOME!!! Friendly and prompt service. I was tired of leaving salons stressed out and unhappy with results. Thanks to Brian....I finally love my hair!!!! and always leave relaxed and happy. Thanks everyone!!!!!
Rude service. Overpriced. If your gonna charge $65 for cut and style than I expect better cuts than other places. Albert did an awful job and didn't listen to what I wanted. He was very vocal about how he didn't like my color. I went there only that one time when I first moved here looking for a new stylist. Then I found Kate at the looking glass on Tyler street 15 minutes away. She only charged $45 and did a much better job.
I recently went to this salon, when I walked in I was not properly greeted, the staff seemed to be more interested in their cell phones . The hair cut was not worth what I paid. I will not be returning.
The owner/responder seems more concerned about defending the salon than properly training the staff. If you have a ;disgruntled' employee that is proof that something is not right going on there.
