I did the Lose Dat program recently and it was the best decision I ever made. Lost a ton of weight and made a real lifestyle change. I would highly recommend it!
Its some I go there for Zumba.
Bad customer service! I called after work to make sure someone from would be there to sign me up, they transfer me to a lady who says yes she'll wait for me. I literally arrive 3 mins later and the office is empty w/ the lights off. I had previously done a day pass w/ the facility and liked the equipment and was willing to sign up but was lied to by the membership staff.
Been to every health spa on this side of the Mississippi river and.francos hands down mixes spa ammenties.with also making you feel like your family best. Never judged there yet still clean as a whistle
