Loretta is fantastic! She is very professional and personable. She really took the time to explain different procedures to me that are now available. I felt very comfortable and learned alot too. Im so happy with the results!

Very pleased. My girlfriend and I started with a dual consultation, where Loretta (an actual RN) was very personable and knowledgeable. She gave great advice to both of us first timers. We are in our mid-thirties and had a million questions about facial/acne scarring treatments, leg/vein therapy, etc. I have been doing leg treatments for several weeks now and am very happy with the level of service. The center is very accommodating of my hectic schedule and makes my appointments convenient. It is relatively pain-free, just some heat and medium pressure. I bruised my first session and Loretta recommended some herbal supplements which prevented issues going forward. She is gentle in administering the procedure and responds to visual/verbal cues if any discomfort. Technology changes constantly and this center has the latest machines. She always double checks to make sure I am at an appropriate temperature. The facility is clean and organized (always a good sign). The staff Loretta/Lauren are very friendly (after all it can be embarrassing dealing with body improvements). They really make me feel comfortable. My girlfriend is undergoing monthly facial treatments and is very happy with the customized facials and her results. Glad we found this place!

All of the staff at LaserCare are fabulous! Convenient Locations! Very chic waiting rooms! Loretta, Lindsay and Lauren took fantastic care of all my needs. They addressed all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend LaserCare Cosmetic Center Reading & Brookline!

Laser Care Cosmetic Centers, 2 Haven St #304, Reading, MA 01867. This was the worst Laser Center i've ever been to. The laser technician was not pleasant. Dr Latina needs to know how miserable this woman is. Mean and rotten!!! I told her I wasn't happy with the results that it didn't work (after paying over $200, each time) and she told me she would charge me again then she suggested I go back to sleek meds. So I did!! Don't go to this place they don't know what they are doing.
