Not really a great experience. She decided to finish the extraction part of the facial fast because she booked a wax at the same time she was doing my facial. Then she said "my customer is here early". That was not true since I heard her making the wax appointment at the same time as mine. She decided to give me a mask for 20 minutes until she finished waxing her other customer. Also, when I was paying with my credit card, she asked me to put the tip right on my credit card. Did I want to leave a tip? No really. The facial was ok but not great. She did not explain what kind of products she uses and what exactly was happening. I won't go back again.

Worst pedicure ever! Two days later and my heal is dry and cracked so badly it hurts to walk. Not a very professional set up either. Did not feel like a spa at all. The massage and facial weren't bad but I had no idea what was going on. She never told me what to expect oranything. I have no idea of what kind of products she used. She never checked in to ask me how I was doing. I had a pedicure, facial, and massage which according to her price list should have taken about 3 hours and I was in my car less than 2 hours after she started. I went there because I was given a gift bit I will not be going back!!!

I 100% recommend going to Ultimate Spa by Adela. I was nervous about getting a brazilian wax and then I came across other reviews for Adela's. I am so happy I chose to go to her salon. Adela makes you feel very comfortable and its never akward. I was so impressed but the brazilian that I now go for my eyebrow waxes and I have started going for facials. I also recommend the facials...very relaxing.
