After hours and hours at the gym and months of crazy diets nothing seemed to help me lose that last little bit of my post baby weight. I finally decided enough was enough and I had to do something else about it. My initial consultation was great and Jen May gave me accurate and useful information to help me make an informed decision. Doctor Rae made me feel very comfortable before, during and after my procedure. And my nurse Michelle was very sweet and caring. In fact, the entire staff has been completely amazing and helpful. After my procedure, someone followed up with me to make sure I was feeling ok. If you are like me and even considering a procedure…….I would say do it. You will not be disappointed!

Hi, I had surgery done middle of May 2014 @Sona Bello in Woburn Mass. I was very unhappy the way I looked, Never thought I would be the weight I was before the surgery 198 lbs. I Gained all the weight within 10 years and some weight gained was depression because every time I looked in the mirror, I didn't like what I saw. So I decided it's time for me to do this for me and only me. Yes it wasn't cheap (roughly $7500.00) but again I did three areas so it wasn't that bad, however they have financing through Credit Care which I did. So here's my story. Right after the surgery I lost around 7 to 10 lbs within the first month, I know it doesn't seem like alot, but for me I saw a big difference. So I became more dedicated to working out and eating smaller portion. They do tell you this is not a weight loss program. It's something I have to work on and keep off on my own. So I actually did, I workout daily (5 days a week) and portion control of course. I eat whatever I want but in smaller portions. I have more energy, I'm more confident in myself. The most important thing is I smile more often now. Yesterday 1/14/15 was my last weigh in @ Sona Bello and my weight is 148 lbs. (yep 50 lbs) so excited. I only have 8 more to go and I'll be where I want with my weight. Once I'm at my goal, I still will keep working out because I enjoy it now. Only difference is instead of 5 days (1 hour a day) it will be 3 days (1/2 hour a day) plus keep my portion control. P.S treadmill is the only thing I did besides walk and portion control. All I have to say is If I can do this anyone can! I totally recommend Sona Bello it was the best thing I ever did!

I've been thinking about a variety of ways to get the most of my physical appearance. The staff and professionals at Sono Bello were excellent in every phase. Helping me understand what services were available, how those worked and all in the context of my goals and preferences. Everyone was very professional, patient and supportive.

I just moved to Boston from San Francisco and had been doing my research for liposuction for some time. As a guy, the reason I decided on Sono Bello was simple, the customer service is outstanding! From my 1st information gathering phone call, to my initial consultation, pre-operative appointment, actual procedure, and now my 1st follow-up appointment, the nurses and front office team have all been amazing. Scheduling all visits is very easy and efficient. The team is professional, friendly and I’m always greeted with a smile. My procedure went flawlessly. I had my upper & lower abs, my chest, and love handles (anterolateral flanks) all treated in 1 visit. During the not quite two hour procedure, I experienced no pain and only minimal discomfort on the 2nd day following surgery. The Sono Bello team was very proactive with communication anticipating my every need and question with follow-up phone calls and emails ensuring that I was okay. I had moderate bruising and swelling, but it was totally expected. 1 week after my procedure, I was able to play 36 holes of golf and resume light aerobic activity (in 2 weeks I was back to my regular workout routine). At 17 days, my swelling is almost gone and I feel terrific. My surgeon, Dr. Doherty, is awesome! He has tremendous bedside manner, is completely transparent and honest about reasonable expectations, and over delivered on my results… to say I’m extremely satisfied is an understatement! I highly recommend Sono Bello for men wanting to get rid of stubborn fat. I can already see a difference and am more motivated than ever to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I know that in 3-6 months closely following the Sono Bello protocol, my results will get even better. Also, I am strictly adhering to wearing the post-surgery garments. The garment is very similar to an Under Armour type tank which I wear anyway so I ordered a couple of more for convenience. I have also chosen to enhance my treatment with Venus Freeze, these treatments can only ensure that I maximize my final result, which is only a few short months away! Again, I can't say enough about Sono Bello and all that these wonderful people have done for me!
