Took my fiancé here Saturday night for his birthday and he hated it. We got a couples massage the guy that did mine was great but the guy that did my finances was not good. Not sure he if was in a rush to get out for the night or what but all he did was basically do football stretches with him and spent maybe 15 minutes lightly rubbing his back. We complained when we got out but they still made us pay full price then told us that they would let us come back for the 29.99 first time fee again. I would never return and would advise anyone that was intreated in this place to look for another place. We'll be going to La Vida next time.

I experienced nothing but problems at this location. If you aren't interested in signing up for the membership, don't make an appointment, because they will NOT let it go until you sign up. They must get a commission from it because the front desk girl said "just sign up to get the lower rate and then come in and cancel it in 2 weeks and just give a bulls**t reason." Very unprofessional. Their staff is also not trained well enough to fully explain how the membership works. The system is simple but not when incompetent staff are the people "explaining" it. When I looked at my credit card statement, she had charged me the lower rate after I signed up AND the non-member rate. I had to call to get it figured out SEVERAL times, each time asking for the manager, who was never there when I called but refused to call me back about it. I asked when the manager would be in and when I called during that time, they told me she had left early. One of the times I called I recognized the voice of the same front desk person, and when she was trying to pull my account history she said "hang on the system is being retarded." ?????????? My massage therapist was fine but my fiance said that his was the worst massage he had ever had and that he almost started laughing because it had to be a joke. She even asked which parts he would like massaged, to which he replied neck and head because he was getting headaches...and she didn't even touch his head or neck. Eventually my card was refunded the second massage amount and I obviously canceled my membership. When there are so many massage places to choose from, there is no reason to go somewhere where they don't hire proper staff and all they are looking for is a reason to sell you something. Client care comes last, and because of this, I won't ever be back.
