What happened to this place? For years, it was a must stop visit for Christmas decorating goods every early December. I stopped yesterday and was quite underwhelmed and quite frankly bewildered with the changes to this store. What used to be a sort of "classy ambiance" with tasteful Christmas displays showing all their ornaments/decorations/wares has been augmented by horrid cheap and distasteful blow up Nativity scenes in-store (!), and equally garish blow up decorations outside with Santa and Snowman sporting terrible Florida lime green colors. The merchandise inside doesn't seem like it's been updated over the last few seasons -- it was deja vu looking at it all again. This store has lost something since the last time I visited -- and I won't return or recommend it to friends as a great little pre-Christmas shopping destination. What used to be quaint, cute, cozy and refined and fun is now an experience akin to shopping at Big Lots for ornaments. Very, very disappointing, and whoever ordered those blow up lawn figurines should be demoted or fired immediately.
