I never write a bad reviews but I had to because this place screwed me over. This is a monthly membership program. I have been a loyal customer here for almost 2 years now. I have spent a lot of money here and I have 7 unused appointments that I pre-paid for. Because I am trying to save money I called to see if I could put my account on hold for six months. They said that would not be a problem. The very next day they charged me. I called to see if they could take that charge off since I just asked them to put my account on hold. They said "sorry we can't do that". So I am going to take my business elsewhere. Please, do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE. They rip people off.
