I had a massage scheduled that they failed to call and cancel. When we arrived, they claimed to have called, but they never did. They didn't even offer to reschedule, the lady just looked at me dumbfounded. That was their first and last chance to impress. I will not be going there again.

Had a wonderful wedding up-do trial at Envy. A beautiful salon with very friendly staff. Highly recommend their styling for special events!
