Riversong Spa and Salon

Reviews

I recently went to Riversong and was intensely impressed with my services. The staff was fantastic! Everyone was kind and eager to please. The front desk people were super nice and were very patient with me. I cannot wait to go back again and again! Loved the ambience and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect!

I went in on a sunday because it was the only spa open and it was the only day I could go (I was visiting from out of town). My service got started late, when the girl doing my body wrap and massage did arrive I could hear arguing behind closed doors not sure if she was getting in trouble or what but you should never hear arguing like that at a spa which should have a calming atmosphere. My body wrap was okay, although the girl doing it was nice I was wet and cold and I didn't experience the desired results (aloe & herb wrap). I got the package which included a body wrap, light lunch, mani and pedi. My light lunch included me sitting in the dark waiting room with a salad served in a plastic to go box on top of a tv dinner tray while other costumers were waiting for their treatments. It was awkward. Again the nail tech was nice but I wasn't really impressed with the service, I got a french manicure and within 2 hours after leaving, the white part had chipped on two of my nails. I also think the receptionists were less than average with their service. The girl looked like she was in highschool and was wearing sweat pants and a tshirt!! I'm not joking...and on top of that she seemed like she could care less whether I was there or not. And to top it all off the decor looked like it was done by someone from little house on the prairie, I personally found it to be tacky and outdated. I'm in school for esthetics, although I havent yet worked at a spa I'm learning what should and should not be, what's professional and what is not...this spa is in need of a make-over!

Not a pampering, professional atmosphere.
