My wife made an appointment using the gift card I had purchased for her birthday. She showed up to her appointment only to discover it had been "administratively cancelled." There was no explanation other than their computers had been "acting up lately." No phone call when it was cancelled. No offer to fix the problem. Originally treated my wife like she had cancelled it until they researched in their computer and found out that she had an appointment until it was magically cancelled two days prior and a member put in her place. If they so carelessly treat first time customers, I have no idea how they will stay in business.

The abject Rudeness I received when calling to make an appointment turned me completely off the entire chain of Massage Heights. I first called the Kansas city North location up close to the airport and while the woman on the phone there was very nice and sympathetic to my needs, she suggested I call the Liberty location to see if they could get me in sooner. I called the Liberty location and was immediately put on hold ( a hold in which I could hear her talking and laughing with someone as she pushed the telephone receiver around and then she hung up on me after leaving me on hold for 7 minutes). I called back and was again put on hold then told very rudely that she did not have an appointment for me) BTW her name was Stephanie and it soulds to me like she needed a massage of her own, either that or the giant pole removed from her behind. If your going to get a massage Go to Massage Envy instead they treat you better.

Massage heights I Love You.... I was very scared to go but my husband gave me a gift certificate. When I arrived the front desk girls were really nice and tried to answer all of my crazy questions. I was with a male therapist and was nervous about that too. But Melvin was awesome He made sure to answer all my questions and gave an awesome massage. I will be going back each month for more. Guess husbands can be right once in awhile. Thank you.

A wonderful place. Everyone is so nice and do what they can to suit your needs. I opted for the monthly membership and they kindly call me to schedule if I haven't set my next apointment.
